Our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 14 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with your experience, you may return any sealed, unopened bottles in their original packaging for a full refund of the amount paid for those bottles.
Because Dr.Prost is a food supplement, opened bottles cannot be resold and so are not eligible for refund unless the product was defective on arrival. Results vary from person to person, and the guarantee covers your satisfaction, not a promised outcome.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To start a return, contact our support team by email at support@drprost.net or by WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name, mobile number and order details. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Your Consumer Rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), which protects you against defective goods. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights. Because all orders are cash on delivery, you never pay in advance, and you may decline a delivery you have not yet paid for.
