14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to order Dr.Prost with confidence. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund the amount you paid for any sealed, unopened bottles. The bottle must be in its original, undamaged packaging for the refund to be processed. To start a return, contact our support team by email at support@drprost.net or on WhatsApp, and we will guide you through the steps.
Cash on Delivery Protects You First
Because Dr.Prost is sold on cash on delivery (bayar semasa terima), you do not pay anything until the parcel is in your hands. You can inspect the sealed packaging at the door and, if something is clearly wrong, say the seal is broken, the bottle is damaged or it is not what you ordered, you may decline the parcel without paying. There is no card payment and no prepayment, so there is no risk of paying for something you never receive.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you accept a parcel and later find a bottle is damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order details and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Refunds are issued by the same method used to pay, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, once the returned item is received and checked. Opened bottles cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons unless the product was faulty on arrival. This guarantee is offered voluntarily by Dr.Prost Malaysia and is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
